Mental health forum to be set up in Mallow

It's hoped a mental health forum to be set up in Mallow will help to influence the development of services in North Cork into the future.
That's according to the HSE Area Lead for Mental Health Engagement in the Community Healthcare organisation who is holding a meeting this evening to establishment of the forum.
Rory Doody says mental health engagement is a process of listening and endeavouring to find common ground to bring about change in the planning and delivery of mental health services...
Speaking to RedFM News he says the forum will provide an opportunity for people to voice their experiences in order to improve outcomes for those who use mental health services..
