Michael O'Flynn says he's 'moving on' after regaining control of his business

Cork property developer Michael O'Flynn says he's 'moving on' after regaining control of his business. It follows yesterday's High Court ruling which overturned the appointment of an interim examiner to some of the property developer's businesses. Last month Carbon Finance, part of the American firm Blackstone, secured the interim examiner and receivers to four companies, alleging Michael O'Flynn was unable to repay personal and corporate loans. However the judge found Carbon failed to fully disclose all of the information it had when seeking the examiner, and said it didn't give him an adequate amount of time to repay his personal loans. Michael O'Flynn still has to work with Blackstone in relation to some debts - but he says he wants to get on with his business: Press PLAY button above to listen to the audio
