Michael O'Flynn says the city is suffering at the expense of the county

Cork property developer Michael O'Flynn says he's disappointed with the progress being made in Cork City... He was speaking after a High Court ruling this week which overturned the appointment of an interim examiner to some of the property developer's businesses allowing him to regain control of his business. The judge found that Carbon Finance failed to fully disclose all of the information it had when seeking the examiner, and said it didn't give Michael O'Flynn an adequate amount of time to repay his personal loans. A further hearing is scheduled for October.
