Millions knocked offline due to a cyber attack
Companies such as Twitter, Spotify and PayPal were among the companies targeted
US security officials are investigating cyber attacks which hit some well-known online brands - including Twitter.
Spotify and PayPal were among other companies targeted - millions of people were knocked offline due to the strikes.
All are customers of a company called Dyn (pron: Dine) which directs people to internet sites.
