Mobile Phone Scam
Gardai are warning the public about a phone scam which can result in high bills. People are receiving missed calls from what looks like an Irish mobile phone but the prefix is actually +386. Unsuspecting phone users can end up with high bills if they call the number back. ComReg has received a number of complaints and is investigating the matter.
