Montenotte Post Office to close at the end of the month

The office will close on June 30th after the Postmaster announced her retirement.
An Post says it advertised the contract for the Post Office twice but did not receive any expressions of interest in it.
Customers will be automatically transferred to St Luke's Post Office, which is less than 1 kilometre away.
An Post say they will facilitate customers who wish to transfer to other Post Offices in the area.
An Post apologises for any inconvenience and will work to ease the transition for customers. An official notice informing local customers of the closure and outlining alternative arrangements is being posted this week.
