Mortgage Provider Fined For Overcharging
A mortgage provider has been fined €4.5 million for overcharging customers for their tracker mortgages.
Springboard Mortgages is a unit of the Permanent TSB group.
220 accounts were at the centre of the probe undertaken by the Central Bank, and €5.8 million in redress and compensation has also been paid so far.
