Mother of a woman shot in Cork last year says her daughter is still suffering

The mother of a Cork woman who was shot in the neck in Hollywood estate says the prison sentence handed down to the shooter hasn't brought any relief to her family.
Ciara Sheehan was in the front room of her boyfriend Dylan Cunningham's house on May 15th last year when she heard a loud bang, felt a buzzing in ear and realised she had been shot in the neck.
The 30-year-old man who was convicted of the shooting was jailed for 11 years this week.
Gavin Sheehan of Laurel Ridge, Shanakiel was sentenced to 14 years in jail with the final three years suspended for possession of a firearm with unlawful intent on May 15th 2016.
In her victim impact statement Ciara says she is completly broken, has no confidence and now suffers from anxiety and panic attacks.
Speaking on the Neil Prendeville Show on Cork's RedFM her mother Susan says she continues to be a victim of the incident and is now the subject of online taunts:
