Motorists advised to take extra care amid heavy downpours
Motorists are being advised to take extra care on all routes this morning.
Spot flooding is being reported across the city and county however gardaí say there are currently no reports of flooding in the city centre.
A status yellow weather warning is in place Leeside and will remain in effect until 9 o'clock tonight.
Met Éireann says up to 50mm of rain is expected to fall.
