Motorists are being advised to expect traffic delays on the Curraheen Road in Bishopstown

It comes as works are to begin on Monday to the replace the bridge across the Twopot River in a bid to reduce the risk of flooding
The bridge close to Marymount Hospital and the Greyhound Stadium will be closed to vehicles for two months.
According to a report in the Evening Echo, a shuttle bus will be in operation serving Marymount Hospital and Curraheen Village.
A pathway around the construction will be available for pedestrians and cyclists while diversions will be put in place for motorists.
