Mourning mother slams Taoiseach's response to speed bump campaign

"Mammy I don't want to die" These were the last words of 6-year-old Jake Brennan who lost his life after being hit by a car outside his home while playing with friends on their estate in Kilkenny. His mother Roseann is now campaigning for new safety measures to be installed in housing estates across the country to prevent this happening to someone else's child. Her hope is that speed bumps will be put into every Irish housing estate and that parents living in estates will back the campaign. She says she is disappointed Enda Kenny has not shown the same enthusiasm for her cause and the cause of parents and children across the country as he has for the Garth Brooks concerts. Speaking on the Neil Prendeville Show Roseann describes the heartbreaking moment that her son ran into her arms before losing consciousness. Click the PLAY button above to hear
