Munster May Be Without 24/7 Armed Cover From Saturday

Garda Detectives will withdraw 24/7 armed cover across Munster from this Saturday.
Noel Clancy's wife and daughter died in a crash near their Cork home on Christmas week 2015.
According to the Irish Times Gardaí issued the Fermoy man with a bill for documents in February - that's despite a directive scrapping the measures from January first 2017.
The newspaper reports Garda Headquarters will NOW issue all stations with a notification to say billing for documents was cancelled last year and Mr Clancy's fees will be waived.
