N72 Closed At Ballmaquirke Cross On The Mallow To Killarney Road Following A Crash

The collision is involving two trucks
Emergency services are at the scene of a serious collision in North Cork.
Two units of the fire service as well as paramedics and Gardaí responded to reports that two articulated trucks had crashed at Ballmaquirke Cross on the N72 Mallow to Killarney.
The scene of the collision is closed and motorists are being advised to avoid the area.
The cross has been described as an accident black spot by locals
