New Bill a wake up call to those who pay for sex

The Sexual Violence Centre in Cork have branded a new bill which criminalises the buyers of sex 'a wakeup call'.
Minister for Justice Frances Fitzgerald this week published 'The Criminal Law Sexual Offences Bill' which with two new offences will criminalise those paying for sex but not those providing it.
The bill also provides stronger sanctions for child exploitation, additional measures to protect a victim of sexual violence from their attacker and measures regarding the age of sexual consent.
Speaking to RedFM News, Mary Crilly of the Sexual Violence Centre in Cork says it's a step in the right direction:
