New building described as 'a good sign' for business Leeside

The building in Albert Quay has been dubbed 'Ireland's smartest building'.
It's hoped that Cork's newest office block will attract and retain top talent Leeside.
The facility which has been dubbed 'Ireland's smartest building' is home to anchor tenant Tyco who officially launched their global headquarters today.
It hoped plans for another new €90 million office block on Albert Quay will get the green light and transform the area into a top class buisness district.
Speaking to RedFM News Vice President of Tyco Donal Sullivan says the new building where they have located showcases what is possible in Cork and is a good sign for the future of business Leeside.
