There's new calls for a designated and monitored Recycling Centre for Carrigaline.
The town currently has two centres, one at the Supervalu car park, and the other at Owenabue car park.
However neither of these centres are monitored regularly, and are often used as sites for illegal dumping.
While Supervalu owns the land that the centre is on, it's the Council that own the bins.
The retailer says it plans to monitor C-C-T-V footage more frequently to try to stop the recycling centre being abused.
Speaking to RedFM News, Chairman of Carrigaline Tidy Towns Liam O'Connor says the town's needs have outgrown the current centres:
