New city centre developments spark interest from London business leaders

The availability of office space and a number of new office blocks coming on stream in the city was high on the agenda at an event designed to promote Cork in London last evening.
London-based business leaders attended a dinner hosted by Cork Chamber, where opportunities that the Cork region offers investors were highlighted.
Most recently a new office development "Navigation Square" on Albert Quay was given the green light at the begining of the month and is being developed alongside another office and retail block on Anderson's Quay.
Speaking to RedFM News President of Cork Chamber Barrie O'Connell says many London based businesses were interested in the new developments:
