New driving licence system off to a bad start
Bosses behind Ireland's new driving licence system will be hoping for a better day today after it's rollout was hit by a series of embarrassing glitches yesterday.. Drivers in Cork were unable to get through to the phone service at the 2 National Driver Licence Service Centres based here... Meanwhile, drivers at 12 centres in the west and northwest were unable to renew their licences due to an IT problem...
