New Entrance Sign At The English Market Has Been Damaged

Traders are very disappointed but are working to have the sign repaired and restored by early next week
A trader at the English Market says he doesn't believe that the vandalised sign at the entrance to the market was a targeted attack
Over the Bank Holiday Weekend the newly erected sign at the entrance to the market was vandalished with a number of letters from the word "English" removed.
Traders say they are very disappointed by the actions but are working to have the sign repaired and restored by early next week
Fishmonger and Chairman of the Cork Business Association Pat O'Connell told RedFM News that a lot of effort has gone into getting the market looking well after €50 million was invested in the new Capitol development next door
