New flights to US will create tourism opportunities across Munster
Cork Chamber says the launch of direct flights from Cork to Boston creates signficant opportunities for tourism right across Munster.
The service with Norwegian Air, which will operate three times a week, will take off on July 1st.
Hopes are high that the new low fares service will help to attract tourists from Boston and the US East Coast directly to Cork.
Conor Healy tof Cork Chamber Told RedFM News that direct air access to the US has always been a business priority given Cork's strong US multinational presence.
