New tenant for Capitol announced

It has officially been confirmed that 80% of the development has been leased with new retailers to take space at the site
Completion of the €50 million re-developed Capitol is fast approaching as new tenants have been announced.
It's been revealed Lifestyle Sports is latest tenant to occupy the Capitol. The sport retailer will take up space on the ground and first floor while the remaining retail space is believed to be let to an international homeware operator, however their identity has yet to be revealed.
Other occupants at the Capitol include software company Alienware who will relocate their European Headquarters in April with the aim of expanding their operation Leeside.
The Capitol will also be home to telecommunications giant Huawei and an entire floor has been allocated to Facebook owned Oculus VR who have already began hiring for new positions.
Meanwhile the third floor remains the only unoccupied space at the site, however John Cleary Developments confirmed negotiations with possible tenants are underway.
