North Cork woman to address a Youth Work Ireland event on Mental Health

Megan Gildea from Mallow says getting young people to open up will help improve mental health
A North Cork woman is among one of the speakers at a conference in Dublin which is focusing on young people's mental health
The event will highlight practical steps that young people can take to improve and maintain their emotional well being.
It's being organised by Youth Work Ireland, will be opened by the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs Katherine Zappone in Dublin Castle this morning.
Megan Gildea from Mallow will address the conference and she says says encouraging young people to open up is one of the most effective ways to improve mental health:
