Number of Civil Defence volunteers is on decline Leeside.
The number has dropped from 354 to 301 in the past four years.
West Cork had the biggest drop in members over the past five years with figures falling from 107 to 86.
Meanwhile South Cork has the least amount of members at 44.
According to a report in the Irish Examiner calls have been made to the Minister for defence to provide extra funding to Cork County Council in a bid to boost numbers.
