Nurses And Midwives In Cork Say They Are Prepared For Further Strike Action

The INMO is to meet tomorrow to discuss further strike days
37 thousand INMO members, including over 1,000 in Cork staged their first 24 hour strike on Wednesday leading to thousands of appointments being cancelled.
The INMO Executive Council is meeting tomorrow to discuss further industrial action on top of the 5 days already announced.
The union says the government hasn't made any "serious proposals" to avert more strikes and say they've been forced into this position.
Speaking to RedFM News, Midwife at Cork University Hospital Naomi O'Donovan says her colleagues agree that strike action is their only option.
