Nurses leaving profession due to understaffing

Staffing levels and the current trolley crisis are resulting in nurses leaving the profession.

That's according to the INMO who say that the conditions nurses are working in are unsafe and inappropriate. 

506 people are awaiting beds across the country today. Leeside that figure stands at 58 and the INMO says this situation is being worsened by inadequate staffing levels.
