OCI seeking clarity on alleged arrest of their President Pat Hickey

The Olympic Council of Ireland say they are seeking clarity on reports that their president has been arrested in Brazil..
Journalists in Rio reported in the past half an hour that Pat Hickey the President of the Olympic Council of Ireland was arrested in Rio
When contacted by reporters the OCI say they are still seeking clarity on the matter, and wouldn't comment any further
There are reports that moments after his arrest Hickey complained of feeling ill and has been taken to a local hospital.
If the reports of Pat Hickey's arrest are confirmed he will become the third Irish man to be arrested in Riuo - two others are being quizzed by authorities in connection with the Rio ticketing scandal which saw hundreds of Olympic tickets earmarked for Team Ireland offered for sale above their face value
