Opponants to water charges urge people not to pay bills

The 'We Won't Pay Campaign' are encouraging people not to by their bills - even if they have already registered with Irish Water. The anti-water chargers campaigners says any new government would eliminate the charges, before customers could face any punishment. The calls are made ahead of another anti water charges march and rally this Saturday in Cork. The campaign are also organising a national demonstration outside Leinster House later this month, encouraging people to dump their bills in protest. Socialist TD Paul Murphy says charges can be defeated if opponents stick together and refuse. Click the PLAY button to hear.
