Oscar Pistorious Found Guilty of Murder
The South African Supreme Court of Appeal overturned his manslaughter conviction
Oscar Pistorious has been found guilty of the murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
An appeal judge has overturned his previous conviction of manslaughter.
The court found that he must have foreseen - when he fired four shots into the bathroom of his home - that the person behind the bathroom door might be killed.
Pistorious is currently under house arrest after spending one year of his five-year sentence in jail.
Judge Eric Leach said it cannot be accepted that he fired without thinking of the consequences of his actions.
