Outpatient Appointments Fully Provided For Today

Outpatient appointments at acute hospitals in the South/South West Hospital group will be fully provided today with a small number of exceptions.
Some elective surgeries will be cancelled today due to to the fallout from the storm but the HSE says urgent procedures will be protected and these cases will be prioritised.
In relation to community care the home help service was fully restored today
Community healthcare facilities re-opened at 11am and the HSE says community services across today are dependent on safe road access, along with access to electricity and other utilities.
