Over 60,000 Homes And Businesses Due To Get High-Speed Broadband This Year Could Miss Out
The rollout of the National Broadband Plan has only reached 4 thousand premises so far this year - out of a target of 115 thousand by the end of the year
The Business Post reports that aim has now been reduced to between 50 and 60 thousand homes and businesses.
It's cast doubt on the government's aim of connecting more than half a million premises within five years.
