Over Half Of Learner Drivers In Cork Failed Their Test Between January & October This Year
Only 47.83 percent of Cork learners passed their test during first 10 months of the year
Overall, 49 per cent of drivers across the country passed their test between January and October this year while 51 per cent failed.
Head of the Irish School of Motoring, John Walsh, thinks it's unacceptable so many people are failing their test:
