Overcrowding at CUH highest in the country
Cork University Hospital is experiencing the worst overcrowding in the country today.
Figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation shows there are currently 32 people in need of a bed at the CUH and 3 at the Mercy University Hospital.
There are currently 333 people waiting on a bed at hospitals across the country.
The INMO says 259 people are on trolley's while a further 74 are in overflow areas of wards.
