Pat Hickey Stays Silent After Olympic Ticket Charges

Pat Hickey has refused to answer questions for detectives investigating the alleged ticket touting controversy.
The public prosecutor's office in Rio yesterday laid formal charges against Mr Hickey and THG executive Kevin Mallon.
The indictment includes charges of "supplying tickets for the purpose of touting", false advertising, fraud, and tax evasion.
Under Brazilian law, a judge will now have to decide whether to take the case to trial, or to release the men.
In a statement the Hickey family says Mr Hickey is invoking his constitutional right to silence.
