PDForra Say They Weren't Consulted About the Loss Of Two Of Country's Naval Ships

PDForra say they weren't consulted about the loss of two of the country's naval ships.
The defence forces representative association were speaking following the revelation this morning that the LÉ Eithne and the LÉ Orla ships will be taken out of service indefinitely due to a shortage of sailors.
The move will reduce the number of ships in the Irish navy from 9 to 7 and comes as reports suggest that some members stand to receive just 96 cent more a day under new pay proposals.
Speaking to RedFM News, Mark Keane from PDForra says members of the naval service will carry out their duties as normal despite the loss of the two ships.
