People In Munster Claim To Be The Most Stressed

Research was carried out as part of the 2018 WIN World Survey

1 in 3 people suffer from stress on a regular basis and just under a half claim to frequently take prescription medication.

That's some of the findings of a new Red C survey into the health of Irish people.

34 percent of people said they suffered from stress fairly or very often, with women in younger age groups and those living in Munster claming to have the highest stress levels.

The research was carried out as part of the 2018 WIN World Survey, which looked at the views and beliefs of 31 thousand people from 40 country's worldwide.
