People's Views Of Experiences Of Family Justice System Sought In Open Consultation

Junior Minister for Justice Hildegarde Naughton says it's being opened today on the Justice Department's website for 4 weeks
The aim is to identify ways to modernise and improve the family justice system for users.
Minister Naughton says they want to hear if people are happy or not with the help they got:
"For example, we'll be asking people, in relation to the supports and services, and maybe their access to information, did they feel that was adequate? Your children - did they have enough supports going through that system? And maybe if there was issues or problems that could have been resolved outside of the court system, and maybe there's other ways of resolving that. Getting people's feedback in relation to this. It's an online survey on the Department of Justice website."
