Permanent TSB to cut mortgage rates
Permanent TSB has announced it's cutting mortgage rates for new customers. The lender will reduce its interest on variable rate mortgages for new homeowners by between 0-point-36 and 0-point-42 per cent. The new variable rate for mortgages of between 70 and 80 percent of the value of the house will drop by nearly half a percent to 4-point-zero-7 percent.
