Planning Permission For 81 Homes At The Former Sunbeam Site In Cork Has Been Granted
It comes after an appeal against the development was dropped.
The development at the Redforge Road in Blackpool includes two and three bed apartments, one and two bed duplexes and two and three bedroom townhouses.
A community centre and other amentities are also included in the plans.
According to a report in the Evening Echo the City Council granted permission for the development which is now clear to proceed after the appeal was withdrawn.
