Plans for 200-bed student apartment development at Victoria Cross submitted to An Bord Pleanála
The plans include a gym, laundry, roof top terraces and a courtyard.
The Irish Examiner reports the €31 million project at the current Kellehers Auto Centre will contain 40 apartments and be made of three blocks ranging from 5 to 10 storeys.
Brothers Séamus and Pádraig Kelleher say they hope to start work on a separate 137 bed student development at a second site between Victoria Cross and Dennehy's Cross by the end of the year.
