Plans for new Mogeely cheese plant under fire

Dairygold's plans to build a new plant in Mogeely have come under fire from locals.

A public meeting was held in East Ferry last night where plans by the cheese production company to pump up to 3 million litres of waste a day into the water came under fire.

Residents were asked to voice their objections to Cork County Council before the January deadline
