Plans For One Of The City's Largest Derelict Sites Are Set To Become Known In The Coming Months 

The City Council have discussed proposals for its future

St Kevin's Hospital, which is situated on the grounds of the former Our Lady's Mental Hospital in Shanakiel, has been on the radar of the Government's Land Development Agency since it was established. 

It's understood a presentation on its future use will be prepared for this Autumn.

Meanwhile residents living in the vicinity of the site say they want to be involved in all discussions.
