Plans of city centre projects to be unveiled
The new developments are expected to bring a multi-million euro boost to the local economy.
Some of the major developments and ongoing initiatives in the city centre will be showcased Leeside this evening.
They're part of a €300 million plan which looks set to transform the city - the blueprints for which include the development of Boole House, the delivery of the first phase of the Marina Park project and the design of a flood defence scheme for Morisson's Island.
The unveiling of the plan will also coincide with launch of CORE - a new collaboration of the city's main stakeholders which aims to improve and promote the city.
Paul McGuirk, city centre coordinator with Cork City Council told RedFM News that the overall blueprint for the city will be made very clear this evening:
