Politicians To Question Social Media Sites
Politicans will today be given a chance to question representatives from Facebook and Twitter on the safeguards they have in place to tackle cyber bullying. It's part of a series of hearings being heard before the Oireachtas Communications Committee on the use of social media. Yesterday, the Minister for Communications Pat Rabbitte spoke about the importance of striking the right balance between regulation and freedom of speech.
