Poor conditions of Ireland's local authority housing recognised in Europe
The Committee of Social Rights has ruled that the state violates those of the tenants
In the landmark ruling, it expressed concern over living conditions, access to services and delayed re-generation programmes.
Debbie Mulhall is a member of the residents group which brought the complaint to Europe.
