Post office raid on High Street
Gardai are searching for a two man gang who were behind a raid on a post office on High Street this morning ... Just before 9.30 two men armed with an axe or a hatched entered the post office and demanded cash.. They caused some damage to the inside of the post office but no one was injured during the raid The men made off on a motorbike with a quantity of cash in the direction of the western side of the city The guards have been combing the western suburbs around Bishopstown and Wilton in an effort to track the two men down...
