Price of property on the rise Leeside

However auctioneers at The Real Estate Alliance Group say prices remain lower than they were during peak times
Auctioneers say despite a rise in property prices there's still value for purchasers.
That's according to The Real Estate Alliance Group who say prices in the city have increased by 3.5% over the past year - with the average three-bed semi now costing €295,000.
That figure stands at €135,000 in the county where prices have increased by €13,500 over the past year.
It's expected that property prices will rise this year by 5% in the city and 8% in the county.
Speaking to RedFM News Healy Hynes of R-E-A says prices are increasing but they're still not at the level they were at during peak times.
