Prison Service suggests Outreach project for Glen residents
The Irish Prison Service has suggested an 'Out Reach' project for residents in the Glen area who are strongly opposed to the building of a new prison in the area.... Construction on the 35 million euro development began this week and is expected to be complete in 18 months. A meeting is taking place this evening in the Glen Resource centre to discuss the development and a group will be set up to liase with the Prison Service and Builders.
