The properties has been shrouded in controversy in recent weeks.
A proposal is being put forward to purchase a property on Patricks Hill which would hinder plans for it to be used a step down facility to accommodate female prisoners.
A Probation Hostel was previously operated by Westview House but the Probation Service say the Department of Justice is due to take over the building after they vacate it later this year.
