Protest against Indaver Incinerator plans under way in Carrigaline

Indaver has promised to invest €300,000 a year into the community for the next 25 years if they're given the green light
Hundreds of protesters have gathered in Carrigaline where an oral hearing into plans to build a €160 million incinerator in Ringaskiddy is getting under way.
The company has promised to invest €300,000 a year into the community for the next 25 years if they're given the green light for the project.
However locals and campaigners says no compensation will be enough and they're fearful for the future if An Bord Pleanála gives its seal of approval to the project.
