Protesters set for anti-water charges rally in the city tomorrow

Anti-water charges protesters are gearing up for a rally being organised in the city centre tomorrow. The rally which is being organised by the 'We Won't Pay' campaign coincides with the arrival of the first bills through letterboxes this week and thousands are expected to attend. The march will assemble on the Grand Parade at 2 o'clock and organiser are calling on all anti-water charges campaigners and the general public to take part.
